Upgrade of Visa Eligibility

Since the pandemic, travel restrictions keep fluctuating. If you are in the UAE on a visit or tourist visa, you might be unable to travel out of the UAE before your visa expires. We will help you apply for a new visa without the need to exit the country.
As per General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), your visit visa should be applied for by a sponsor – a person or firm who will be responsible for you while you are in the country. This entity will also represent you to the authorities as and when required. We will ensure that your visa is upgraded, and you are put in touch with a prompt sponsor.

Documents required for processing are:

• Passport copy
• Passport size photograph
• Old visa tourist/cancelled visa copy

On arrival nationalities would only require Passport copy and photograph if they have entered UAE using on-Arrival facility

Change of address in the License

The main documents needed for changing the address in the license are a) Request letter from your company of work for change of location / address on the license b) Copy of the valid Lease Agreement. We will help you with necessary documentation and request submission for the same.

Visa Amendment (Change of Job Title)

As per the new directives that came from the authorities in 2020, applicants renewing their work permits in mainland United Arab Emirates will be required to amend their job title effective immediately if it’s not on the new list of occupations for foreign nationals used by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization. There are chances of the job title printed on a foreign national’s work permit not matching with the one printed on the visa sticker endorsed in passport due to an incongruity between occupation lists used by different government authorities. In these scenarios, amending the job title in the immigration system is a must for foreign nationals.

Visa Re-Stamping to New Passport

There are two scenarios that demand re-stamping of visa, a) if the passport is lost during travel/stay period b) if the passport has expired.
In case of losing passport out of UAE, the applicant must cancel the current residency and issue a new residence permit after getting a new passport issued. However, if you miss the passport inside UAE premises, the visa can be re-stamped onto a new passport after obtaining a police clearance letter.

For transferring residence visa from old passport to new passport in case of passport renewal, the following documents are required for submission:

• Original new passport
• Original old passport
• Duly filled application for Amendment Request, signed by authorized signatory
• Three photographs (4.3cm x 5.5cm)
• Original ID Card

Visa Cancellation

We provide complete visa cancellation services. For residency visa, the sponsor should initiate cancellation as you cannot process the application on your own. An individual sponsoring family and other dependents must cancel the dependents’ visas first. Other cancellations include the once at the end of contract/employment. Provide us with your visa application number and Emirates booking reference number to proceed with the cancellation request. It should also be noted that the cancellation request once submitted cannot be reversed.

Customs Code Creation

To import or export goods to a particular emirate in the UAE, your company must be registered with the Customs of the specific emirate.
